Par exemple, l’item 1 (« When I’m walking, I deliberately notice the sensations of my body moving ») et l’item 26 (« I notice the smells and aromas of things ») capturent cette posture de veille sensorielle.

L’accent est mis sur la traduction cognitive de l’expérience brute en concepts formulables, comme le soulignent l’item 2 (« I’m good at finding words to describe my feelings ») ou l’item 27 (« Even when I’m feeling terribly upset, I can find a way to put it into words »).

3. Agir avec conscience (Acting with Awareness)

Presque tous les items de cette échelle sont inversés pour capturer la distractibilité et le déficit attentionnel quotidien, à l’image de l’item 5 (« When I do things, my mind wanders off and I’m easily distracted ») ou de l’item 23 (« It seems I am “running on automatic” without much awareness of what I’m doing »).

4. Non-jugement de l’expérience intérieure (Non-judging of Inner Experience)

5. Non-réactivité à l’expérience intérieure (Non-reactivity to Inner Experience)

Par exemple, l’item 19 (« When I have distressing thoughts or images, I “step back” and am aware of the thought or image without getting taken over by it ») et l’item 21 (« In difficult situations, I can pause without immediately reacting ») reflètent l’ouverture d’un espace de discernement entre le stimulus et la réponse.

7.
